Privacy and Cookies
The personal data of our users is an area to which we dedicate exceptional care and attention. Recognizing the sensitive nature of this domain, we not only ensure all protection requirements are met but also strive to enhance them further. The operator of the online store, poppers-original.eu, International Scalpers d.o.o., is obligated by the Personal Data Protection Act (No. 101/2000 Coll.) to safeguard the personal information of its users. For the purpose of delivering its services, the business entity poppers-original.eu offers, collects, manages, processes, and stores the following user data:
- name and surname;
- delivery address;
- company name or name of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity);
- tax identification number of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity);
- email address (username);
- contact phone number;
- country of residence;
- other information the user voluntarily enters into forms on the online store;
The Merchant is not responsible for the truthfulness, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided by users. For security purposes, IP addresses from which users visit the website are also collected. Every user is assigned a cookie during their site visit for identification and tracking of the shopping cart. On your computer, poppers-original may also store other cookies, such as an encrypted user ID (to identify the user on subsequent purchases), product reviews (so you know which products you’ve already reviewed), and Google Analytics cookies (for website traffic analysis). All the aforementioned data, except for cookies, are permanently stored on the poppers-original.eu server. Session cookies are stored in the server’s memory for the duration of the session and are deleted after one hour of inactivity. Persistent cookies are stored on the visitor’s computer. All individuals employed by the Merchant who have access to the personal and other data of users are familiarized with the Rules on Personal Data Protection and with the duty to protect personal and other data. They are obliged to uphold these provisions in their online store. The obligation to protect personal and other data remains binding indefinitely, even after the user’s relationship with the Merchant has ended.
Child Protection
Advertisements will be clearly visible (taking into account the child’s age) and will be distinctly separated from games and contests. Any communication intended for children will be age-appropriate and will not exploit their trust, lack of experience, or sense of loyalty. The provider must not accept orders from anyone they know or suspect to be a child without the explicit consent of the child’s parents or guardians. The provider must not accept any personal data related to children without the explicit permission of their parents or guardians. Likewise, the provider cannot disclose information obtained from children to third parties, except for their parents or guardians. The provider must not offer unrestricted access to products or services harmful to children.
Exceptional Disclosure of Personal Data
The information collected and processed by poppers-original.eu will only be disclosed if there is a legal obligation to do so or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with judicial proceedings or other governmental authorities and to protect and enforce the legitimate interests of the poppers-original.com company.
Right to Information
You have the right to receive free information about your personal data that we have, as well as the right to erase them. Order status notice: We reserve the right to inform you on the provided phone number when the order is shipped, and if the package hasn’t been received within 3-5 days. If the order isn’t picked up for more than 5 days, we reserve the right to call the provided phone number to remind you of the product pickup. The right to request personal data from International Scalpers d.o.o. as the data controller:
- Access to personal data and the following information.

- Types of personal data of users or categories of users to whom personal data has been or will be disclosed, especially users in third countries or international organizations.
- The planned duration of personal data storage or, if that’s not possible, the criteria used to determine this period.
- The existence of automated decision-making, including profiling.
- Reasons, as well as significance and anticipated consequences of such processing for the individual.
- One (free) copy of personal data in a format specified by the user (if the request is provided through electronic communication means and unless otherwise requested, the copy will be provided electronically). For any additional copies requested, the operator may charge a reasonable fee, taking into consideration the costs of their provision.
- Correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Restriction of processing.
- Disagreement on the accuracy of personal data during the period that allows the operator to verify the accuracy of personal data.
- The processing is unlawful, and I request the deletion of personal data but instead demand a restriction on their use.
- The personal data administrator no longer needs them for processing but requires them to enforce or defend legal claims.
- Deletion of all personal data (right to be forgotten) if the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation are met, especially upon the withdrawal of consent to personal data processing.

- The right to lodge a complaint against the operator if I believe that the processing of my personal data violates the General Data Protection Regulation.
Procedure for the exercise of rights
I am aware that all the aforementioned requests concerning the exercise of rights in relation to personal data can be addressed in writing to the administrator at the email address [email protected]. I understand that, for the purposes of reliable identification when exercising personal data rights, the operator might ask me for additional information, and may only refuse to take action if they prove that they cannot reliably identify me. I am aware that in response to my request, wherein I exercise my rights regarding the above-mentioned personal data, the operator must reply without undue delay and no later than one month from the receipt of the request.

Statement on the protection and collection of personal data and their use
Poppers-original undertakes to provide protection of personal data of customers, in a way that it collects only the necessary, basic information about customers / users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations; informcustomers about how the collected data is used, regularly giving customers choices about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to have their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information is strictly confidential and available only to employees who need this information to perform their job. All employees Poppers-original and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in other currency into EUR according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our website.

Bankart, as a credit card authorization and payment processor, handles personal data as a processor and treats personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council no. 2016/679 and according to the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on the protection of data entry and transfer.
Bankart uses SSL certificate of 256 bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection when writing and transferring data.
Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and collection or in the performance of obligations under the Contract or on the basis of the Contract, are considered confidential data.
For the execution of the Contract (authorization and billing), the following personal data of the buyer are required:

- Telephone
- Address
- Place
- Zip code
- State
- Card Type
- Card number
- Card duration
- CVV card code
Bankart does not process or use these personal data except for the purpose of executing authorization and collection contracts.
Bankart guarantees the fulfilment of all the conditions set by the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data for personal data processors, and in particular the taking of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
