Ordering Goods at Poppers-Original

1. Ordering via Website (poppers-original.eu):

  • Select your desired product and quantity, then click “Add to Cart”.
  • On the “Shopping Cart” page, you can adjust quantities, remove items, or apply discount codes.
  • Click “Proceed to Checkout” to finalize.
    • Provide contact details and order information.
    • If a different billing address is needed, check the relevant box.
    • Our delivery partner, DHL Express, is automatically selected as our exclusive business partner. The delivery fee is calculated based on the country selected during checkout.
    • Review and confirm your order. A confirmation email will be sent post-purchase.
  • Optionally, subscribe to our newsletter for discounts and offers by ticking the relevant box.

2. Ordering via Email, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Instagram:

Please provide your name, delivery address, phone number, and the details of the product(s) you wish to purchase. Our customer support agents will then assist you throughout the purchasing process, from product selection to order confirmation.

Right to Cancel the Agreement

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without specifying a reason. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can request a refund or exchange it for a new item. You must return the purchased items. Returns and exchanges are not possible if you miss the legally prescribed deadline, which starts from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) designated by you takes actual possession of the goods.

The item you wish to return or exchange must be undamaged, and you must include its original and undamaged packaging with all accessories. In the event of damage or excessive use of the product or its original packaging, the store reserves the right to claim compensation for the reduced value of the product. Once you cancel the contract, you must not use the item any further.

If it’s determined that the buyer inspected and tested the product only as much as necessary to ascertain its actual condition before applying for contract cancellation, the claim will be successfully resolved. Otherwise, it will be partially resolved or unresolved.

Within the 14-day period after receiving the product, notify us of the cancellation by emailing [email protected]. Use your order number from the confirmation email as the email subject. Include your full name and the product name in the email content. After submitting the claim, you have 14 days to return the package to our address. Include the European Standard Withdrawal Form with your return, accessible via the provided link. Print, fill out, sign the form, and send it with the product. We advise sending the package with tracking and keeping the receipt. You cover return shipping costs, and we don’t accept cash-on-delivery packages.

Once our claims department receives and reviews your claim, we’ll immediately send a new product or refund your purchase within 14 days.  If you paid via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, the refund will be credited to the payment method used. We’ll reimburse the full purchase cost, including shipping fees.

Warning: Before shipping, ensure the product was purchased from our online store and is returnable (refer to the exceptions below and the return deadlines). We are not responsible for errors if you send a product not purchased from our store or a product that’s non-returnable or past the deadline.

Return Exceptions:

  • Products that can’t be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g., opened bottles of leather cleaner and other items unsuitable for resale after opening). Such hygienic goods sold in sealed packaging can only be returned if in the original, undamaged, and unopened packaging. If we receive such products in damaged or opened packaging, we reserve the right to reject the return.
  • Items inseparably mixed with other objects (e.g., sets, surprise products).

Complaints and grievances

Delivery Complaint:

If your product was damaged during transit or doesn’t match your order (wrong or missing item), notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Respond to the automatic reply with photos of the package (with visible label) and damaged/mistaken products. Your complaint will be a priority, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Product or Service Complaint:

If your product isn’t functioning correctly, email us at [email protected]. Respond to the automatic reply with a video clearly showing the malfunction. If the malfunction isn’t evident in the video, we might ask you to return the product for inspection. You bear the shipping cost, and we don’t accept cash-on-delivery packages.

Disputes

If you have a complaint about our product or service and disagree with our resolution or can’t reach an agreement, submit your complaint to the Dispute Committee via the European Dispute Resolution platform http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Only claims complying with all the above conditions will be positively resolved.
